By submitting an enquiry, making a reservation or checking in at the Property, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Reservations made on behalf of other guests remain the responsibility of the person who made the booking.

3. Service Description

Lotus Nakara offers three accommodation options for transit travellers near Phuket International Airport:

Prices are inclusive of the items specified in the description for each option. No additional charges for included services will be added at checkout. The Property is available to guests at all hours; reception is staffed 24 hours a day.

4. Reservations and Availability

Reservations may be made by phone, email or via the contact form on the Website. A reservation is confirmed when we send a written confirmation. Availability is not assured until confirmation is received.

We will make every reasonable effort to have the confirmed room ready at the agreed time. In the rare event of a room being unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer an alternative option or a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is settled at the Property in Thai Baht (฿). We accept cash and the major card networks accepted on-site. No payment is required through the Website. In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee as set out in Section 6.

6. Cancellation

Cancellations notified more than 24 hours before the confirmed check-in time will not incur a charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the confirmed check-in time, or no-shows, may result in a charge equivalent to one night's accommodation at the rate booked. We understand that flight disruptions happen; where cancellation results from a documented flight change or cancellation, charges will be waived at our discretion.

All content on the Website — including text, images and design — belongs to Lotus Nakara or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy or distribute Website content without written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use the Lotus Nakara name or branding.

10. Disclaimers

The Property and Website are provided in good faith. We do not guarantee that the Website will be error-free or continuously available. Prices and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for personal injury arising from our negligence.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from a stay or use of the Website is limited to the amount paid for the stay in question. We are not liable for loss of belongings left unattended in public areas, delays caused by third-party transport, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including flight disruptions or severe weather).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Lotus Nakara against any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or any unlawful act committed during your stay.

13. Termination of Stay

We reserve the right to ask a guest to leave the Property without refund if these Terms are materially breached, particularly where the safety or comfort of other guests or staff is affected. In such cases, we will arrange transport to the airport if requested.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we will first attempt to resolve the matter informally by direct communication. If that is not possible, disputes will be referred to the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on the Website with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
